「これは〜です」「あれは〜です」と言いたいときは、This is ～. と That is ～. を使います。

英語では、自分の近くにあるものは this、少し離れたものは that を使うのが基本です。

第1章　This is ～. の形に慣れよう

近くにあるものを指して「これは〜です」と言うときは、
